International roofing business

MOY Group operates in 19 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America, according to Roofing Today's report of 5 October 2026. Founded in 1979, the business has expanded internationally from its roots in Ireland.

Its customers include hyperscale data centre operators and pharmaceutical manufacturers. MOY supplies roofing and waterproofing systems for critical infrastructure projects. The company describes those systems as designed to keep buildings watertight over the long term and maintain their performance in demanding conditions.

Leadership priorities

Quinn said Phillips had helped develop MOY's growth strategy and had established relationships with customers, staff and partners. He linked her appointment to the company's plans for further international growth. His own focus as chairman will shift towards longer-term opportunities for the business and the industry, he said.

Phillips acknowledged the work of Quinn and Brian Conroy, whom the report identifies as MOY's CIO. She said protecting customers' critical operations would remain central to the business under her leadership, describing a responsibility to treat their facilities with the same care as the company's own.

Plans for growth

MOY plans to develop its international offering by building the organisational capacity needed to support complex critical infrastructure projects at scale. Phillips said many of its customers were expanding their operations internationally and that the supplier intended to grow alongside them.

That approach will include extending MOY's geographical reach and strengthening the expertise needed to advise on, design and deliver roofing systems across different markets. Phillips also said the company would continue adapting its solutions to the changing requirements of data centres and other critical infrastructure.
