Growth plans

Anamore director James McCallan said the company was winning major opportunities and adding to its team, according to the Construction Enquirer. He described existing expertise and business relationships as the basis for its next stage of development.

McCallan said the company wanted its name to be recognised globally in building remediation. He said Anamore had the experience and foundations to enter new markets. The ambition outlined in his comments was to build an international business from its existing operations.

Remediation priorities

McCallan linked that growth strategy to the company's stated purpose of making homes and other buildings safe and sustainable. He said protecting families' livelihoods for future generations was part of that purpose, which would remain central as the business grew.

He also described remediation as work with consequences beyond individual projects. His comments focused on the people and communities using the buildings, as well as the future of the homes themselves.

McHugh, commenting on joining Anamore, praised the team's enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment. McHugh said the team would help the company develop its remediation business both domestically and internationally.
